DESCRIPTIVE BIO

Trieste Woods, L.M.T. & Certified Reflexologist, received her initial professional massage therapy training from an apprenticeship under a Chiropractic Physician/Massage Therapist in 1997.  Then she attended the Healing Arts Center in St. Louis, MO in 1998.  She is the owner of Positive Kneads Massage Therapy.  Over her career, Trieste has focused on providing exceptional bodywork to her clients and encouraging the community to understand why massage and bodywork is an important part of good health.  She develops and teaches local classes in Hand and Foot Reflexology, geared towards non-professionals.

International Institute of Reflexology- Certification

Initial training and subsequent studies have included Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Thai Massage, Sports Massage, Breast Massage, Cancer Care Massage, Abdominal Chi Massage, Hand & Foot Reflexology.
