Victoria Stedman-Lynch LMT

I have been practicing massage therapy since 1999. I received my training at The Onondaga School of Therapeutic Massage in Upstate New York, where I had a private practice with 2 locations for 6 years. In that time I’ve worked with competitive athletes on a regular basis as well as people recovering from motor vehicle accidents and workplace injuries.

In 2006 I moved to St. Louis and practiced within YogaDoc in Kirkwood, MO. My training in Asian Theory and Shiatsu fit well in the practice. I strongly believe in the benefits of Chinese Medicine and acupuncture and have seen how these modalities integrate with bodywork. I am very excited to be back in the St. Louis area after living in the Southwest for the past 2 years.

My modalities include Swedish, Sports, Medical, Deep Tissue, Structural Integration and Posture Balancing.
